- Disclaimer: By requesting and accepting a remote session from a JHS IT CSC representative, to assist you with a technical issue related to your ability to access the JHS network from your personal equipment, you accept responsibility for any changes made to the content and/or system settings of your equipment. JHS IT recommends, for your security and privacy, that you exit any applications that you have open which may be displaying content which is personal or confidential in nature before accepting a remote support session. JHS IT recommends that you perform regular backups of your data and that you perform a backup prior to proceeding with the remote session. JHS IT will not be held responsible for any data loss which may occur as a result of, or after a remote session. JHS IT further recommends that you remain seated at your computer throughout the entire remote session in the event that a physical action is needed on your part.
